Photo Release Form

I, the undersigned, hereby authorize Preservation Parks to utilize photographs of myself and/or the child listed below to be used exclusively for the promotion and marketing (such as publicity photos, printed brochures, advertisements, commercials, and website) of Preservation Parks, its parks, programs, events, services and facilities. I understand that the images may be used at their sole discretion at any time. By signing this release, I agree that I will not be compensated for the use of the aforementioned materials and agree to waive any claims or demands from Preservation Parks, its employees, volunteers, or photo contest entrants.
