Tucked between the waters and woodlands of Hoover Reservoir to the east and the Ohio to Erie Trail to the west, Char-Mar Ridge Park offers impressive scenic views and ample opportunity for wildlife observation and recreation.
The history of Shale Hollow Park began in 2004 when Preservation Parks received funding from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA).
MISSION: To protect and conserve the natural and historic features of Delaware County and to inspire outdoor exploration and learning.
