The Delaware County Bicentennial Barn at McCammon Creek Park offers a unique setting that brings local history and community together. Built around 1900, the restored barn retains its original character, including the Vermont green slate roof, classic cupola, and original wood posts, beams, and siding. These preserved features reflect the barn’s long role in Delaware County’s agricultural history and give the space a warm, authentic feel.
Surrounded by beautiful parkland, the Barn provides a distinctive backdrop for gatherings of many kinds. Its setting within McCammon Creek Park offers a sense of space and connection to the land, making it well suited for meetings, celebrations, and other special events that benefit from a historic and natural setting.
An attached, newly constructed annex complements the historic barn with modern amenities designed to support comfortable, year‑round use. The annex includes accessible restrooms, a service kitchen, and event support spaces, allowing the Bicentennial Barn to function as a practical and welcoming facility while preserving the character of the original structure.
Indoor: (14) 60-inch round black tables, (5) 6-foot (72”x30”) rectangular black tables, 112 folding black chairs
Patio: 6 picnic tables, 3 Adirondak chairs
Commercial grade refrigerator, freezer, microwave, warming cabinet, coffee maker, hot water dispenser, and sink. No cooking is allowed. Warming dishes (e.g., crockpots, chaffing dishes, warming trays) are permitted, but not provided.
Wi-Fi, three large screen TVs, AV connections, and speaker system with a microphone.
Serviceware, dishes, glassware, silverware, linens, party supplies, cords, or decorations.
Third-party vendors (tents, caterers, food trucks) must have insurance and proper licenses and be approved in advance.
Only one food truck is permitted at a time but must be approved in advance.
Live music and DJs are allowed inside the Barn and on the patio.
